In no event shall www.horsestudbook.com be responsible for temporary failure of www.horsestudbook.com or .www.horsestudbook.coms web host''s data processing or transmission equipment. www.horsestudbook.com's sole responsibility hereunder is to use its best efforts to restore the service of www.horsestudbook.com 's data processing and communication equipment on a timely basis. www.horsestudbook.com shall not be liable for any costs of delays in data processing due to the aforementioned, or due to such events and acts as fire, power failure, communications failure, riots, terrorist attacks, war, government regulations, acts of God or any other causes over which www.horsestudbook.com has no control. www.horsestudbook.com will use ordinary care to maintain www.horsestudbook.com data processing equipment, and shall correct in a timely manner solely under www.horsestudbook.com control any errors in programming, failures in communications processing, errors made by www.horsestudbook.com personnel and malfunctions of www.horsestudbook.com equipment.

MEMBER RESPONSIBILITY: It is the Member's responsibility to provide a personal computer and communications equipment and service at Member's location and solely at Member's expense, along with any other hardware, software or installations. It is also the Member's sole responsibility to make any adjustments to Member's hardware or software to access the www.horsestudbook.com web site. www.horsestudbook.com shall not provide any services related to the installation or maintenance of Member hardware or software. It is the Member's responsibility to provide correct personal and equine related information should inaccuracy or incompleteness exist. By accepting this license agreement the Member endorse www.horsetudbook.com to publish  on this site ownership, performance, contact and breeding  information.

ACCURACY DISCLAIMER: The material accuracy of data provided by www.horsestudbook.com is in no way warranted for both completeness or accuracy.  On-line data is being updated on a regular basis by Members, www.horsestudbook.com personnel and breeding societies where applicable. In some cases the system will be used by the breeding society in which case the integrity is ensured by the society. In other cases it might not be connected to the official breeding society of a breed in a specific country and therefore will solely depend on the Members of www.horsestudbook.com to provide information. Therefore www.horsestudbook.com does not guarantee accuracy or completeness but rather strive to provide the best equine software possible.

In the event material inaccuracies in data are shown by the Member, www.horsestudbook.com shall use ordinary care to assure that such material inaccuracies are verified and, upon verification, update the data in order to provide refreshed on-line data in the next scheduled update. TERMINATION OF SUBSCRIPTION: www.horsestudbook.com shall reserve the right to cancel a Free Membership without any notification or warning should a member act in any way detrimental to www.horsestudbook.com.
