The promised integrated Show Management System is here!

Yet again www.horsestudbook.com delivered on it's promises. A comprehensive show management system is implemented which ease the entire show process for those people working themselves to pieces making our shows possible.

The system enables show management to:

• appoint administrators, judges, commentators and photographers
• compile the show program with simple class selection
• capture show entries per stable (stables can also do this on the internet prior to the show)
• change a class' entries as the show proceed
• tabulate class results using the Hi-Lo system
• print the show program, daily results, class results and other reports required by show management
• online inquiries for show management and commentator alike for handy breed promotion
• comprehensive analysis of show top performers in all categories
• build the horses and people's history books as the show proceed

Apart form managing future shows it also enables every one in the sport to contribute to the preservation of our history by capturing show results of the past. If you have old show records not appearing on www.horsestudbook.com and are willing to do some labor of love please go ahead, register the show and fire away. Remember that we will be an e-mail away should you need any help.

If you have found mistakes in existing show records you may always volunteer to correct those by sending an e-mail to admin@horsestudbook.com to be appointed as an administrator for that specific show.

We want to thank Johann Lombard and Nicky Heyns for taking the lead with this approach to show management. They are still spending lots of time testing and finding ways to improve the system. To both of you a big THANK YOU!!!

Training dates

Training for basic users and show administrators is hosted as need arise. Should you have a community in need of such training please send an e-mail to admin@horsestudbook.com to arrange for dates.
